Coco Peat ( FV-HOR-001 )

Coco peat (coir pith) is the fine, spongy material extracted from the coconut husk after the long fibres are removed. Washed, buffered and compressed into blocks or briquettes for transport, it rehydrates to many times its compressed volume and is used worldwide as a peat-alternative growing medium.

Uses : seed and cutting propagation, potting mix component, hydroponic growing medium, soil conditioner, mushroom cultivation substrate

Coir Grow Pad & Sheets ( FV-HOR-002 )

Coir grow pads are thin, pre holed flat pads of pressed coir fibre or rubberised coir sheets used as a soil-free growing surface, most commonly for nursery beds, sprouts and hydroponic cultivation. They provide a clean, sterile, biodegradable medium that holds moisture evenly across the tray.

Uses: sprout production, hydroponic tray growing, seed germination liners, vertical farming systems

Coir Root Trainers ( FV-HOR-003 )

Coir root trainers are rigid, biodegradable tubes or cell-inserts made from compressed coir fibre, designed to encourage straight, well-branched root development in tree and shrub seedlings prior to planting out. Because the walls are porous and biodegradable, roots can be planted directly without transplant shock.
