All content on the floraveld.fr website (text, images, logos, graphics, structure) is the exclusive property of FloraVeld SAS, unless otherwise stated, and is protected under French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation from FloraVeld SAS, is prohibited.

2 — TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the floraveld.fr website by any visitor (“the User”).

2.1 — Purpose of the Site

The site presents the activities, products and services of FloraVeld SAS in the fields of nature-based solutions (coir geotextiles) and environment, health and safety (EHS) consultancy, and allows visitors to contact the Company.

2.2 — Site Access

FloraVeld SAS makes every effort to ensure quality access to the site, without guaranteeing continuity or the absence of errors. FloraVeld SAS cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the site, including for maintenance reasons or force majeure.

2.3 — Hyperlinks

The site may contain links to third-party websites. FloraVeld SAS exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their content.

2.4 — Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.

3 — TERMS OF SALE & SERVICE

3.1 — Scope

These Terms apply to all sales of products (coir geotextile solutions and related products) and provision of services (EHS advisory and support) carried out by FloraVeld SAS for its professional and institutional clients, in France and internationally.

3.2 — Quotation and Order

FloraVeld SAS does not offer direct online sale. Every product supply or service engagement is preceded by a quotation or commercial proposal tailored to the client’s project. An order is only considered final upon receipt of a signed purchase order, written client confirmation, or the signature of a framework agreement governing the relationship.

3.3 — Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are established on a case-by-case basis per the applicable quotation or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made by bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), within the timeframe agreed in writing between the parties for each order or engagement.

3.4 — Delivery of Products

Delivery terms (applicable Incoterm, timeframe, delivery location) are specified in each quotation or purchase order. In the absence of specification, FOB port of origin applies by default.

3.5 — Performance of Services (EHS)

The scope, duration and deliverables of each EHS advisory engagement are defined in a proposal or specific engagement contract, prior to any intervention. FloraVeld SAS does not provide medical monitoring or occupational health surveillance — such matters fall exclusively within the remit of the client’s Occupational Health Service (SPST).

3.6 — Liability

FloraVeld SAS’s liability is limited to the obligations expressly defined in the quotation, purchase order or contract applicable to each engagement. FloraVeld SAS cannot be held liable for indirect consequences resulting from the client’s use of its products or services.

3.7 — Force Majeure

Neither party may be held liable for a failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

3.8 — Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, FloraVeld SAS retains ownership of all methodologies, template documents and know-how used in the course of its services. Project-specific deliverables are provided to the client under the terms agreed in the applicable contract.

3.9 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, unless otherwise provided in a specific contract binding the parties.
