Our EHS Management System
A complete EHS management system, structured for how industrial projects actually operate
From construction sites to process plants and operational facilities - six functional areas, working together as one system, not six separate services purchased independently.

01 Leadership & Planning
Setting the framework before work begins
Every project starts with a clear EHS framework - not a generic policy statement, but one built around the actual context, risks and regulatory environment of the site.
EHS Policy & Objectives
Project-specific EHS objectives set in line with client requirements and the regulatory context of the site.
Legal & Regulatory Register
A maintained register of applicable French and EU requirements for the project, kept current as regulation evolves.
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
Structured identification of hazards specific to the project - construction, process, or facility operations - feeding directly into operational controls.
SPS Coordination Support
Support for coordination with the appointed CSPS, and consistency between site documentation and the PGCSPS
02 Operational Control
Site-specific procedures, not generic templates
Operational control is where most generic EHS providers fall short - they hand over a template. We develop the procedure around how the work is actually being done on your site.
Site-Specific EHS Procedures
Operational safety procedures developed for the specific activities, equipment and sequencing of your project — not adapted from an unrelated site.
Work Permit Systems
Deployment and management of work permit systems for high-risk activities, scaled to the risk categories present on site.
Method Statements & Job Safety Analysis
Method statement review feeding directly into task-level JSA - hazards, control measures and responsibility defined for each phase of work.
Lifting, Vehicle & Equipment Management
Review and verification of lifting plans, and development of vehicle and equipment management plans covering cranes, forklifts and other mobile plant.
Confined Space & Specialist Risk Assessment
Risk assessment for confined space entry and other specialist activities, aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.
Site Induction & Awareness
Induction materials and awareness sessions built around the actual risks present on the site.
03 Environmental Management
The "E" in EHS, treated as a full discipline
Environmental management runs alongside safety management, not beneath it - covering the full lifecycle from impact identification through to monitoring and compliance.
Environmental Aspects & Impact Assessment
Identification of environmental aspects specific to the project or facility - emissions, discharge, noise, waste streams - and their potential impact.
Environmental Monitoring
Noise, dust, water and soil monitoring, structured for continuous compliance tracking across the life of the project.
Waste Management
Waste management planning and tracking, aligned with applicable regulatory disposal and reporting requirements.
Spill Prevention & Environmental Emergency Response
Prevention measures and response procedures for environmental incidents, integrated with the site's broader emergency planning.
Environmental Permitting & Compliance
Support in maintaining alignment with environmental permit conditions and regulatory obligations applicable to the site.
04 Emergency Preparedness
Response planning built for the actual site
Emergency response planning is only as good as its relevance to the specific location - layout, access, hazards and nearby resources all shape the plan.
Location-Specific Emergency Response Plans
Developed for the specific site - layout, access routes, hazard profile and coordination with local emergency services.
Emergency Drill Coordination
Coordination of emergency drills, with findings recorded and fed back into the response plan.
05 Management of Change
Reassessing risk when the project changes
Projects and facilities evolve - new equipment, a revised sequence, a modified process. Management of Change ensures every significant change is reviewed for its EHS implications before it's implemented, not after.
Why It Matters
The gap most EHS providers leave open
A site can be fully compliant on day one and drift out of alignment the moment a process, layout or piece of equipment changes without a formal review. We structure a Management of Change process so that technical, organisational and operational changes - whether on a construction site or an operating facility - are assessed for their safety and environmental implications before work resumes under the new condition.
06 Performance & Continuous Improvement
Closing the loop, not just recording it
A management system is only as strong as its feedback loop - findings need to become corrective actions, and corrective actions need to change future practice.
Site Inspections & Audits
Structured inspections and audits, with findings tracked through to closure.
Incident & Near-Miss Investigation
Root cause investigation of incidents and near misses, with corrective actions tracked to completion.
KPI Tracking & Reporting
Performance indicators structured for the client's own EHS governance and reporting requirements.
Management Review Support
Structured input to support the client's own management review of EHS performance across the project.
Digital EHS Tools
Where a project calls for it, we support the development of digital tools for EHS documentation and monitoring.
Scope of our services
Our system covers documentation, operational procedures, environmental management, and on-site EHS supervision. We do not provide medical monitoring or occupational health surveillance - this falls within the remit of the client's Occupational Health Service, with whom we coordinate where required.
