Subcontractor Management
A structured pathway, from onboarding to mobilisation
Every subcontractor follows the same verification pathway before being authorised to work on site.
Onboarding begins with referencing the subcontractor against the scope of the activities involved and the project's own EHS standards - reviewing their EHS documentation, method statements, risk assessments, training and qualification records, equipment authorisations, and confirming that a valid medical fitness certificate and insurance certificate are on file.
Once this documentation is validated, the subcontractor moves to a joint site inspection and a site-specific induction, addressing the actual conditions and risks of that project rather than a generic briefing. Authorisation to mobilise is granted only once this pathway is complete, and our team continues to provide site-specific support and monitoring for the duration of the subcontractor's presence on site.
